Order Processing and Shipping

  • Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, customers will receive an email confirmation detailing the purchased items and the total cost.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Shipping Methods and Delivery Times: We offer the following shipping options:

    • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days
  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination.

Membership Access

  • Activation: Membership access details will be sent via email within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

  • Benefits: Members receive exclusive access to merchandise drops, consultations, and other perks as outlined in their membership plan.

Returns and Refunds

  • Apparel Returns:

    • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
    • Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service at 636-544-5912. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
    • Refunds: Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Membership Cancellations:

    • Monthly Plans: Members can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle. Access remains active until the end of the current period.
    • Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused services.

Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting customer service.
  • After Shipment: Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled but can be returned following our return policy.
